I have listed an item with an auction starting price but wanted to add a buy it now as well. Last time I did this it was 5p (it was a long time ago) it wanted to charge me 38p
Do I take it that BIN when added to an auction listing is now the same price as when it is listed as just a BIN? I couldn't see any reference to this in the ebay price list.
Thanks

No, there is an uplift amount depending on the auction start price and BIN option.
Be careful paying the extra for a BIN, as soon as someone bids your start price the BIN disappears anywayI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes i did realise that thanks, but its a good way to encourage people to bid so someone doesn't seek in with the BIN, it was worth 5p but not sure if its worth paying the new prices might as will just list on BIN for 40 days (bet that has gone up as well though
