How do YOU Milk It? Video Contest
Milk It For All It’s Worth invites you to get creative with milk! Do you love making videos with your phone or camera? Submit a short video (maximum 60 seconds) that expresses your love of milk, and you could win an iPad mini.
We’re not expecting Spielberg, by the way! It could simply be you getting sporty with milk; sharing your fave milk-based smoothie recipe; having a glass of milk with your bezzies or simply telling us what milk means to you…absolutely ANYTHING goes. Be crazy, be creative, but most of all have fun!
You can enter this competition if you are aged between 13 and 20 and live in the UK.
How to enter

2. Upload it here
3. Encourage your friends, relatives etc to vote for you using the shortlink or social share buttons
4. Your friends will be able to vote for you starting from 30th August
5. Voting closes on 10th September at which point the 3 videos with the most votes will be judged by an esteemed panel of milk experts (us lot at Milk Towers!). We will select the winning entry - the video that we love the most. The winner will be notified by email and will receive a brand spanking new iPad mini. Every entry we approve for the public vote gets a Milk It T-shirt.

Full terms and conditions:
1. The promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged between 13 – 20 years inclusive, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected. Parental consent may be required for entrants under the age of 16.
2. No purchase necessary; however a valid Facebook account and Internet access is required.
3. Promotion Period: Entries must be received between 09.00am BST on 15th August and 11.59pm BST on 5th September 2013.
4. How to enter the promotion: visit https://www.facebook.com/MilkitGB page and ‘like’ it if you have not already done so. Click on the Video Contest tab and upload your video, which portrays your love of milk (maximum of 60 seconds long) then submit your details (name, email address and date of birth) to be entered into the competition.
5. Main Prize: 1 x iPad Mini WIFI 16GB Black
6. Reward: Gildan T-shirt (choice of size XS/S/M/L) for all entrants that are approved and uploaded on Facebook.
7. Maximum of one entry per person.
8. Winner selection: Entries will then be moderated and if successful, valid entries will be published on the Facebook page for the public to vote on the best video. Voting begins on 00.01am BST on 30th August 2013 and closes at 11.59pm BST on 10th September 2013. The 3 videos with the highest votes will then be judged (see clause 9).
9. The 3 videos with the highest votes will be judged by a panel of judges, containing an independent person, on the following criteria: a. Creativity; b. Quality of the video; c. How stimulating and encouraging the video is; and d. The entry that best depicts their love for milk.
The winner will be the entrant with the highest scores as judged by the panel of judges.
10. Any entrants that are under the age of 16, parental consent will be necessary for accepting the Prize.
11. Entrants should ensure that they have the permission of anyone who appears in their video and if under 16, appropriate parental consent.
12. If an entry has been created by more than one person, you must pick only one person to be the entrant. The Promoter will assume that this person is empowered to act and respond on behalf of all those involved in the specific submission.
13. Entrants acknowledge that other entrants may have submitted ideas and concepts that may be similar to his/her entry, and that he/she will not be entitled to any compensation or right to negotiate with the Promoter over such matters.
14. Copyright will remain with the entrant. However by entering this competition the photographer/entrant agrees to the Promoter publishing these entries on their website and possible further use on Facebook and Twitter or social media of the Promoter’s choosing. They also agree to other possible promotional use in media of the promoters choosing without any payment but with appropriate credit given to the original entrant for up to 2 years.
15. Entries will be rejected if they: a. Contain personal information i.e. last name, address, email address; b. Are longer than 60 seconds, c. contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content; d. represent a danger to health and safety; e. refer to illegal activities; or f. include trademarks or copyrighted material not owned by you.
16. Winner notification: The Winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. The winner will be required to respond to the email within 10 days of the date of the email confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event the winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to the next highest scoring entrant.
17. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
18. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prizes from the end of the promotion.
19. The name and county, plus the winning entry will be available by sending a self SAE to Social Media Promotions, The Dairy Council, 93 Baker Street, London, W1U 6QQ by 30th September 2013.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for fulfilment of this promotion unless you have agreed to its use for any other purpose. By entering the promotion all participants agree to a complete liability release for Facebook.
21. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
22. Bulk votes or entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk votes, votes by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to vote), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
23. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this promotion.
25. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
26. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
27. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable to the winners for any loss or damage whatsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the promotion and prize.
28. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
29. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.
30. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
31. Prize winner agrees to their name & photograph being used for promotional purposes and/or to take part in publicity.
