Buying Short term lease property - where to look

I want to research the availability/cost of properties with short term leases (30 years or so) attached to them - specifically in the Thames Valley area. As in the first instance this is a very general piece of research I don't want to do this via Estate Agents. So is anyone aware of any Internet sites where I can start looking?

Auction sites, or check out the cheapest flats on rightmove - they'll be cheap for a reason!

I've seen two, perhaps three, very short lease go to auction in the past 12 months
They don't come up very often because they are a poor deal, over the alternatives, for the seller.0
