"High value"
Anyway, armed with the name of the lady in complaints who said it COULD and SHOULD be done, my husband has come home from work and tried again. They tried to tell him it couldn't be done again and he said "ok hold the line my wife is jus going to call x x in your complaints department who assured us this could be done". Suddenly it was "ok that's all in order, just a couple more security questions.... Our security team will call you on the number you've given within 2minutes". This they did and the payment has now been sent.
Thank heaven for that, untold phone calls and theee visits to two different branches and its done..... Although I do still have to call the mortgage company to check its all gone through correctly......0 -
