Go Convey Solicitors - Anyone Used Them?

Hi there
Anyone used the above solicitors to carry out their conveyancing work. They have come through cheaper than all the others I asked quotes from and wondered if anyone had any recommendations or otherwise ?

Don't know anything about them so can't comment.
However with any "quote" you need to check what is included - they may have not included in the main set of figures something you are probably going to have to pay for and put this in notes or "terms and conditions" - so you need to look at the whole thing.
For instance, some practices will give you a quote for a purchase and not make it clear that they charge extra for dealing with the the legal work on a mortgage.RICHARD WEBSTER

Actually there are no mortgages involved in the sale or purchase but our sale is leasehold and the property is through a housing association. We have been quoted £425 for the legal work on the sale and I told them it was leasehold although not mentioning the Housing Association. Could this cost us more then ?0 -

You know that you will have to pay their fees for providing information about service charges etc and if shared ownership their consent to the sale may be required, so there will be extra costs for that.RICHARD WEBSTER

It is 95% shared ownership but I have already asked the questions you raise and the only cost they state for the sale is allocating the lease which is approx. £500 so I knew about that. Any other costs involved ?0
