Wrong Catalogue Description

Hi,

I recently ordered something from K&Co catalogue saying its a 6 pack however i only received one. What can i do regarding this.

I have a screen shot of it incase they change the site.

Sorry wont let me post up a link but if you goto kandco.com and put in item number 3MU9712. You will view the item

I have contacted them about the order however they are saying that its a mistake and its a single item and not a 6 pack thats on offer.

Any help would be appreciated.

You have two options: keep the single item, or return it for a full refund.

In the event of a return, postage costs are their responsibility as the item wasn't as described.

Is there not anyway that they have to keep their end of the bargain as they show it as a 6 pack.

No. They can put you back in the same position as before you ordered it, by giving a full refund. You can't force them to send another 5.

The same clear pricing error is on Very's website, as they are all part of Littlewoods.

I will be sending it back then as i can get it cheaper elsewhere but just not a brand name, does the same thing though.

I did expect to get 6 x 30 discs for £37.00 and they did say it was on sale at that price even though its not now.

I can get sets of 50 for £9.95 but just not a brand name of Adidas.
