Thanks for this Browntoa - have just downloaded the comodo firewall and it seems to be working well ( I 'll just have to learn which applications to allow -it keeps asking me if I want to allow everything and I haven't really got a clue! ) Thanks again, much appreciated!0

worse case it tells you which application is trying to access, just use google to check what it is ...then either allow it or block it
