Life after a PPI claim

ok so what if you make a claim, upheld or not. what happens at the bank after? do they treat you differently?, do they demand all their money back, like your overdraft? can they refuse you a loan or mortgage?

If you are complaining about a product that is not registered against a particular individual then nothing is likely to be different. However, if you is registered against a particular individual then that staff member is not likely to want to do anything for you in future and in small branches, other staff members are likely to be aware and be on guard with dealing with you.
PPI is not recorded against an individual. So, if its only PPI, then it wont be an issue.
If your complaint was against a car dealer, broker or adviser then they will know you have complained and again it could influence their service in future. Not if they know they did wrong but if they felt you were putting in a try-it-on or fraudulent complaint. Small firms tend to be more protective. Thanks. I was just sat here wondering about it!! I Think i'm getting a little paranoid in my old age!!! I wondered if the bank might say here's your money back with one hand (£200 say) then whip it back saying but we are cancelling your over draft and we want £1000 STAT. Oh you cant pay well the interest on the now unarranged overdraft is .......Only the Mortgage to go!!!0
