I don't think they have an email address but you could write to them at:-
Disability Living Allowance

Have also found this link, which has a general disability benefits email address.

However the postal address supplied by the previous poster (and also in the link above) may be your best bet. Would be inclined to send recorded delivery.

When it comes to dealing with any benefit matters I always send letters, that way if there is any future problem or queries you have written evidence. Keep copies of any correspondence and with anything important it is advisable (as msShorty stated) that you send such information as Recorded delivery, that way at least you are fairly sure they will receive it.0
