Like most people I look at supplier reviews B4 buying their products, i've always questioned how genuine some of these customer reports are.
This morning looking at a well known plumbing company this is what was posted, the individual names made me think !!!

As has been asked, why do the names make you think they are not genuine? Have you seen the same group of names being used somewhere else, or are they names of the company directors etc?0
