    You are not a passive observer here. You make a direct input into the selection of the completion date.

    Once all the necessary documentation is in place, completion date can be agreed, contracts exchanged then completion take place on that agreed date.

    In that case, the solicitor may already have asked you for a completion date and if not, they will look to complete as soon as they have an up to date redemption statement from your existing lender.
