i always like to receive paper statements.
i'm curious as to why you are so keen not to receive them.

Simply because my mum is a nag and would just bombard me with questions. Nothing sinister!

Planteria - sounds like your mail delivery is very efficient, unlike ours. Wish all CC would offer paperless statements. I can only describe our mail as diabolical at best. Complaining at the sorting office gets us nowhere either!

Gels, i have never failed to receive a credit card statement, and ive used cards for 10 years+ and at one point had 24 of them.

i get a statement sent in the post from Northern Ireland on the first working day of each month, and it has arrived the following day every month for 10 years.

when a customer says "it must be lost in the post" i entirely disbelieve them;)

Credit Card Paper Statements for me, every time:A

    to each his/her own:cool:

The mail problem for us is that we get 3-4 different post people each week, some never to be seen again and seemingly without training. Recent problems include a neighbours horse magazine delivered to us (which I did put through her letter box) and a hospital appointment letter not received. So far no CC bills have gone astray but last year OH got a Barclaycard and the pin never arrived! He had to have it resent. Didn't have too many problems when it was a regular delivery person on our route.
