  • Not much left at trafford centre yesterday just a few Mike the Knight bits. They are putting all the xmas toys out.
  • I went into the Riverside store in Nott'm y'day and there was hardly any stock in - it didn't look like they'd had much in at all as their toys were at the end of an aisle. The store in Victoria Centre had nothing in the sale in. They didn't have much in the sale anyway but what they had was all sold out.
  • I have been to boots in chest3r. best I have found but went again yesterday and now out of stock. Does any one know any boots that stock toys in North Wales area? ll#ndudn# is empty. wondering if anywhere else may have x
  • I popped to my local Boots yesterday and the lady was saying that the toys get reduced further this week but couldn't tell me which day. She said the Christmas 3for2 officially starts 23/09/13 so I would have thought the toys would be reduced today to give time to clear and sort xmas stock? Also I noticed that some of the toys not reduced yet had a yellow mark on the sticker so maybe they are also getting reduced? The lady checked some for me and they were still full price though.

They are will probably be reduced again Wednesday as that's when till prices change. The Christmas stock isn't put out until 03 September, which gives a week of 90% off.

I went into Boots on Shire Retail park Leamington on Saturday and all the shelves had been put up and moved about ready for xmas gifts. There were some toys on there but I was only quickly walking past I didn't see if they were reduced.

Personally I cant see much being at 90% I would have assumed most of the items in the sale have been brought but I might be wrong.

    EDIT -

My sister has just been in Leamington Town Centre store and has seen all the xmas gifts now out AND catalogue is out tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for this, was just reading the thread and wondering whether to go into Nottingham to check boots out and see if I can get any bargain Christmas presents but you have saved me the journey
  • Very little left in the Trafford centre, fireman sam training tower £7.50 and some doctor who flannels and toys. They are near the escalator downstairs on the end of an aisle marked as 75% off
