I need an account for our football club..

Hey all,
Not really sure if this is the right place but hopefully somebody here can help.
I currently play for a Sunday league football team, this season I have been appointed treasurer (due to a change in management).
Anyway, was wondering what the best way to open an account in the name of the club would be. I don't want the account to be in my name where it would affect my credit rating and that kind of thing.
The account will generally have about £500 in and will have 2 direct debits to pay a couple of bills. Each week a small amount of money will be paid in/out.
Any advice? Ireally know nothing about this kind of thing.

I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!

Lloyds TSB offer a Treasurer's Account, see http://www.lloydstsbbusiness.com/accounts/treasurersaccount.asp .
Doesn't pay credit interest though, but on £500 it isn't going to make a great deal of difference. I think there are other banks that offer treasurer's accounts that pay a little bit of interest, have a look around various banks' business banking websites.
