    Hi LEJC

    Thanks for the reply

The overall theme is Film and Music (specifically music festivals)

So the reception has a festival theme, ooh I should have said there will be a veggie alternatives i.e. Bean Burger and a veggie option for the Taco's

The popcorn is a bit of fun, but having had some really good feedback I think we will certainly offer a choice of popcorn or ice cream

The whole wedding is very informal :)

Instead of tacos that are really difficult to eat, what about a chilli and rice or stew and a breadbun? Curry? Is it a venue doing the food or yourself?

OOOh music festivals, have tents with different food stations - so people can wander about, i would love that! ha ha, or vans with sweet/savoury stuff, not that i've ever been to a music festival before....

Some of these guests are OAP's ? Burgers, Tacos and Hot Dogs ?
My gran would turn in her grave (RIP). Note she actually wouldn't but remember the Garlic bread Sketch by Peter Kay. She thought it was for real, and do you know what? They served hot dogs,..I mean Hot dogs....at a wedding...
I think you should have a big VAT of hot pot and a Veggie aalternative.
Personally I think you need 90 of every item, as I'd like to try both and then sneak back for another.

    Some good ideas :)

We are not really having any family at the wedding, its all our friends so no-one over 40, and no kids either so very much a party :)

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Food sounds good but I dont think 1 taco/hot dog per person would be enough. Id think people would want to try both.
