Clydesale Bank - No Record Of Me

Hi everyone,
This is my first post on the forum, I would appreciate any advice if there is anything I can do here. I have had a nose about but I can't see anyone with the same problem (which surprises me)
To cut a long story short I was mis-sold PPI on a credit card and two loans with Clydesdale bank and I had contacted them around the end of last year saying I wanted to claim it back.
The guy said he had no record of the loans as it was over the timescale (I think he said 6 years) but he could see the credit card (which the timescale is 10 years).
I received a letter from them around a week later saying they had looked but could not find any accounts, loans etc but if I had my account number they could look into it further. I am pretty sure they will have some info on me, is there anything I can do? I was thinking about contacting a claims company as a last resort but thought I should contact the experts here first!

The claims company will do nothing, they will still make you find out the info.
Send a SAR and £10 to see if there's any info left. See the front page for a template. Give them as much info as you canincluding past addresses.
See what comes back.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
