Can someone please suggest something, I am being driven mad. I rang to give them details of my home move last Thursday. I thought all was OK but got a text on Friday stating my order had been cancelled, no explanation nothing. Since then I have spent hours on the phone to them being past from pillar to post and no-one is able to process my home move for me. What else can I do please? I've been cut off twice today after holding on for at least 35 minutes each time. I'm at my wit's end.
I would be really grateful for any suggestions to try and get this sorted before we move next week.

Get a new supplier when you move? Assuming you have no minimum term commitment to complete, just terminate and try someone else you like the look of. I dumped BT after 40 years and it was like a breath of fresh air without them.0
