Best credit card for USD purchase

I'm looking for a credit card that is similar to Metrobank debit card - no fees for online purchases in other currencies + great exchange rate (Metro used Mastercard official rate)

I want to purchase expensive equipment billed in USD from another EU country and still have some sort of protection (Section 75).

Thank you.

The Metrobank Credit Card, Capital One Aspire World and Classic Extra, Halifax Clarity, One of the Nationwide credit cards and The Post Office credit card all offer fee free purchases abroad.

Nationwide Select. 0% on purchases for a year too.

    Thank you guys.

Went today to Metrobank Borehamwood branch, but because of unexpected diversion was a bit late and was told to come tomorrow.

I use my pre paid Fairfx card. No top up fees and the rate is good. Once the card is loaded spend away as there are no fee for that either. You pay the exchange rate (which is given to you before you top up) and nothing else.
