thank you for your replies. Zerog, she can communicate, just not well. Certainly not well enough to have hassle of trying to get to a bank, pass security etc.
We claim no benefits except Child Benefit, does anybody know whether this would be an issue (i.e. do we have to declare it etc).?
Is there any legal implications in what we are doing, tax law etc? i didnt consider this as the tax man will take tax off any interest paid etc0
