I have just been given the latest version of ipad. Would be grateful for advice on how to download whatsapp application.

When I searched for it on my iPad I couldn't find it but I have it on my iPhone.Have a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

There previously was a workround for Jailbroken devices (which is unlikely if you have new ipad \ latest ios). but that would need another simcard \ separate phone number to work (as one number can only work on one device)..
You could look to use Imessage instead so you can directly message other iphone\apple devices..0 -
