2. The winner from the prize draw will receive a Kindle (the “Prize”).
3. The prize draw is open to individual residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of URBANBITE, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with the prize draw. Entry is restricted to one person.
4. Closing date for entries is 12:30pm on 30th September 2013.The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date. There will only be 1 winning entrant.
5. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days from the draw date. The winner has 28 days to confirm acceptance of the Prize, otherwise URBANBITE reserves the right to redraw the prize. The winner will be responsible for ensuring he/she is able to accept the Prize, as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Prize is not refundable, exchangeable or transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
6. URBANBITE reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any offer at any time without prior written notice.
7. URBANBITE’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to any offer and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. By entering this prize draw you agree to subscribe to URBANBITE’s newsletter.
