How does returning to study part time affect my benefits

Hi there

I'm a recent graduate who's struggling to find work. I'm thinking of going back to study part time for a post-graduate degree with the view of working fulltime while I do it.

As I don't have a job yet I'm on JSA. How would this affect my JSA if I was to enroll part time in the university in the next month or so? Thanks!

I study part time and get jsa, but it has to be less than 16 hours a week I think, and I do open university so it does not stop me going for interviews as I can study when I want

Ah right, thanks. As far as I know the course would be 6 hours of contact time per week - that's not including time I'd spend studying on my own obviously
