Birthday dinner - what's your perfect meal?

I hate steak. Or not hate it, I could eat it to be polite. I'm just odd. I would go with prawn cocktail, possibly with added smoked salmon. Plenty of salad bbut with some fruit in ie a pear like a restaurant. Sea bass with new potatoes and a cream sauce for main or lobster thermidor. Chocolate profiteroles sound good for dessert, probably anything chocolate, hot white chocolate brownie or Bailey's coffee also good options.0

I never have starters/afters, just the main course.
I'd want everything I normally don't buy with my usual indian meal. I usually buy a veggie biryani ... but I'd want a chicken biryani, a one egg omelette, a naan bread, some bombay potatoes and onion bhaji
One veg biryani is enough for two meals for me, so I never buy the other stuff as it's all too much ... so that'd be a real treat.
Drink: Tap water. Nothing's good with an indian.
No room for a dessert ... or any food for a week, after that lot!0 -
Starter: Breaded Camerbert / Pate
Main: Steak / Seabass with jacket potato
Pud: Sorbet / Cheese and biscuits
Either one would make me happy!0 -
I think the birthday in question has long gone!
For me:
tapas/nibbles to start
chicken enchilada or salmon with roasted root veg for main
any chocolate based pudding for dessert
cheese & grapes
sparkling water during, fresh coffee after0
