Barclays? Need some help please

I made a ppi claim for an old egg card, my claim was upheld and Barclays wrote to say that i would have my money in 20 days...its well over 20 days now and i havent heard anything.
Does anyone have a number that i could call? if i tried the general customer service number but was told that they could not put me through?
