Click Energy 1
Just printed my most recent electricity bill, I am on economy 7 in the Midlands region.
The bill shows three different price tiers from the 6th March up to the the 22nd May. The only tier that corresponds to the pricing information on the website is for the period 6th March to the 12th March, the following two sets of prices show a reduction each time.
I phoned British Gas to be told that the publicised price reductions on the 12th March & 26th of April have both been passed onto Click Energy customers. This was somewhat of a surprise to me as I was led to believe that Click Energy prices were unaffected by both price reductions.
Obviously I'm not complaining, just shocked to see the reduction on my bill.
It's worth noting that the Click Energy website still shows prices effective from January 2006, these are now out of date! The Click Energy prices for the Midlands region on energyhelpline.co.uk are also incorrect.
