I ordered some replacement slats over two weeks ago, have been told they have been dispatched, haven't been dispatched, will be dispatched, are lost, and promised a tracking number which they then state their method of postage doesn't provide, and promised an upgrade on postage of replacements to the lost / never sent ones plus a trackable method of delivery and still haven't received a tracking number for it.
I am supposed to finally receive them tomorrow morning ... . . . . I will keep my fingers crossed as they look good blinds and was planning to work my way around my house and conservatory replacing mine but am beginning to wonder what on earth they are doing.
Has anyone else used them and would like to share their experience, good or bad?

Have used them a couple of times now and so far found the quality and service to be much better than Hillary's. Hope you get sorted soon.

Hi, I did receive my blinds but it was hard work getting them. They never sent me any tracking, nor replied to emails, nor rang me back when they said they would. I am happy with the products though, as I paid a lot more for the original ones I had and the quality wasn't as good as these are. I think I would use them again but I would expect a long wait for them. I guess the trick is to keep ringing them up and then they get fed up of you and send them!0

Trouble is for price and quality they are excellent - just the communication and customer service which lets them down0
