Company card - effect on credit history?

Hi all
I'm having such issues with Barclaycard Commercial at the moment. Since I changed banks and transferred all DDs there have been numerous issues between my old bank and BC that have resulted in 2 missed payments (I rang up after the first and was assured the DD had been set up).
Anyway, my question is, does this show up on your credit history? I have a Noddle account and the card doesn't show up on this - is this good enough to confirm I'm okay?
I'm in the process of getting a mortgage and my credit was lovely and clean before this so I'm a little worried!
