Can't figure out boiler?!

Can anyone help me please, we moved into our new house a few weeks ago and haven't been able to work out the central heating system. The hot water comes on OK and as it's summer it's not urgent but I would like to work out how to use it!
The boiler is a Sime Format DGT HE and the only manual I could find that was similar is this one, it doesn't have the knob on the right but the controls are the same.
It is currently set on summer mode aka no heating which is obv fine for now, but pressing the button to get it to go onto winter mode doesn't do anything.
Anyone have this boiler per chance or might be able to help!?

Thanks everyone,
I have managed to get it to work now apparently we were pushing the button incorrectly.... lol
The temperature is controlled on the boiler/the stat is there:eek: If you DONT it is NOT installed to current Building Regulations which require a room stat
How old is the house, and the installation, you should have that information being a buyer
 wasn't aware of this, the house is approx 1900s. and the central heating system was apparently installed in november 2012 and the solicitor showed us the gas safety certificate, surely this implies they have complied with the relevant regulations? Obviously not??0 -
nope they haven't it should also have been split into two heating zones upstairs & downstairs (if this was a brand new heating system & not just a replacement boiler), however even if it was only a replacement boiler then it should have had a room stat fitted,
heads up, check how long the boiler warentee is for & as soon as it's run out sign up with one of the monthly plans you will need it with a sime boilerI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0
