RingGo parking NO REFUNDS /poor service warning

just to let you all know:
RingGo Car Parking (online/telephone payment system)

REFUNDS? no way; RingGo revert you back to the "car park owner" whom then in turn reverts you back to RingGo "as that was how you paid".
RingGo claim "that they are ONLY the PAYMENT processor and have no dealings with refunds etc"
result= stale-mate NO refund (or even an offer of credit for over payment)

'Customer service' has Two options:
- Email (sent many, finally got one reply); they ONLY replied to the RingGo account, not to email address; so you have to keep logging in to see if they have (bothered) to reply. OR
-Telephone using (the ONLY option) A VERY Expensive premium rate telephone line. (no way!):mad:

Not very good at responding: (no reply or very slow) and;
no responsibility once they have taken your money.
Very poor 'customer service'.
