As anyone seen one of these yet in the UK,I was advised delivery would be early August but no sign yet,i have not seen any around.
I suspect it will be 1st September when the new Registrations come out before I take delivery.

No, but I did see the rather nice looking new 4 series on the A1 last Friday.

They are on the press fleet now and maybe a few demos filtering through but why would you want it earlier than Sept 1 when the plate changes?

KTF, i have a contract hire car now which is over running its contract and i have been put on a daily rate based on the information i originally got when i ordered the car.The contract hire rates are very competative i have got a very good spec one cheaper than i got the previous 3 Series diesel coupe three years ago.

I have seen the 5 series GT and wondered what on earth BMW were playing at, possibly one of the ugliest rear ends ive seen... Im not a BMW fan, but I admit that they make good looking cars, but not the GT...

how does it compare to the estate?

I looked at the 3 series estate over the new year, but due to me being 6"2 it became a 3 seater car due to lack of space in rear seats. bought a civic in the end. would love a 5 series estate but cannot afford one really...

Well, my hearty congratulations, how are you finding it?

The 3GT is of course a brand new model - how on earth would you have managed if BMW hadn't added it to the range?

My paternal grandparents had 19 grandchildren, and neither had a driving licence - hope the new car can cope with the task!

I'm sorry, couldn't resist that, it amazes me these days how people can't just get on with it.
And that my son, is how to waft a towel!
