Hi
Hopefully someone can advise and give me a ball park figure.
I'm looking to buy a property which currently has no drains (long story). On the deeds I would have the right to connect to the septic tank next door and I believe the pipework is there from previously however needs connecting up again.
I'm wanting to factor this in to the purchase costs, what do you think I could be looking at for this?

You would be looking at a proportionate share of the ongoing maintenance costs of next doors septic tank. The cost of connecting drainage would depend on the property layout and just how far a run it is to the septic tank, none of which you have supplied.You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian!
