hi ppi

just got off the phone I claimed for my ppi and was lucky on one of my cards.the others said I was not so lucky and gave me 6 months to .go to the ombudsman if I wanted to try that way ,but now been told as my 6 months is up its to late,because would be refused any advice thanks.

    The bank can invoke the 6 month limit if you have passed it. IThe FOS can refuse to look at it for all but the most extrememr easons why not, i.e. that you were incapaciatated or there was a close bereavement.
