ok I no it isnt much but I made a final payment off my New Look card I've been paying the minimum for a lifetime... £60.00 and a letter in the post asking them to close the account and card cut up...... onto the next one.Penny wise pound foolish. 366 days 1p challenge 2020/21/22/23 completed.

Not strictly paid off as part of my DFW journey but closed a zero balance store card I forgot I had on Christmas Eve. Hopefully closing a CC on NYE...watch this space

Today I paid the last £1.44 off my Barclaycard! That's debt number 5 down to zero and two to go.

My best Christmas present was paying the last £762 off my Barclaycard Credit Card on Christmas night (wages came in early). Still a way to go but it feels good to hit the milestones on time in my debt busting time table

I'm so pleased to see so many people are claering their debts and doing it so fast. It's a credit to you all and shows what you can achieve with a bit of focus and determination.
I'm around 2/3weeks away from clearing an overdraft ive had for the best of 12 years. Then I will clear my one of my cc and I will be on the home straight with one cc, one loan and one overdraft left.
