How on earth do you change these spotlight bulbs?

I've recently moved into a rented house and have two spotlights out upstairs in the bathroom (one was out when I moved in and one went out last week). The problem is, I have no idea how to change the bulbs! The spotlights in the bathroom look different to the ones elsewhere in the house and there don't seem to be any moving parts that would allow us to get to the bit where the bulb goes. It kind of looks like this:

I have tried pushing the chrome bit, pushing the glass bit, twisting the chrome bit, twisting the glass bit - there doesn't seem to be any movement anywhere. Some people online mention clips or little bits you can press in with tweezers etc, I tried running tweezers all the way around the join between the chrome bit and the ceiling and all the way around the join between the chrome bit and the glass - nothing! I can't figure out how to get anything to move/open!
I will email the letting agent and get them to pass on the question to the landlord, however I am still waiting for a reply to a question I asked two weeks ago so I'm not counting on a fast response! I just wondered if anyone had any other advice in the mean time? There's only one spotlight left in there as it stands so I'll soon be weeing/showering in the dark!!

Try putting a small flat head screwdriver between the light and the plasterboard and seeing if you can lever it off that way. It may drop down a small amount to allow you to access the clips?
If not can you access your loft space and see if you can access the lights from there?0 -
Is it the H2 Lite or H2 Pro? I believe on the H2 Pro you need to release the tabs from the back. The complete light fitting may be secured to the ceiling quite tightly by the spring clips however, with a little force, you should be able to pull it completely out.If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!0

If they are those exact LED light fittings, then there are no bulbs - you will need complete new light fittings0

Probably the energy saving fluorescents, either way the bevel just pulls off downwards , held by clips and might be quite stiff. You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0

Try twisting and then pulling down.Everyone is entitled to my opinion!0

stop these are haler LED down lights they are not a lamp in a fitting lol they should be fit and forget and are about £35 each, check in with your landlord as they have a seven year warranty and you may be voiding it.
the bezel is just a colour ring to suit your tastes. hope this helps0 -

no fair play could be jcc led or any of the sole unit. as its a tenanted i would stick with consulting the letting agents first0 -
change them from the loft side, much easier, much less chance of damaging the bathroom ceiling.0
