Hi everyone.
I have been contacted by MBNA about PPI i had on a Virgin credit card.
I paid the card off in 2006, But never gave it a second thought that it may have had PPI on it.
I have received a quiestionnaire, but i have a really bad memory.
Im sure the vrigin card was applied for over the internet. But not certain. (question B.2) They ask how it was applied for.
Question B.3 asks if i was given advice or it was recommended that i took the PPI. I think with it being taken out online. Nobody spoke to me about it.
I dont want to answer incorrectly, but if there is ppi owed to me. obviously i want it back as i wasnt aware there was any on the virgin card in the first place.
There are boxes for can't remember, but will this hamper my chances for getting it back?
Thanks for any advice,
Lee

tell them you can't remember if you can't remember. Telling them something they can disprove becasue you can't remember properly can result in your complaint being rejected straightaway.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
