Hello everyone,
I recently put in a PPI claim for my credit card I started back in 2002.
They have refused my claim. I scanned the letter but I cant post direct links as a new user but if you copy the links below it shows the 2 pages of the letter they sent me.

If you've no time to copy and paste, the basic point they make is that I signed the agreement and they find no evidence I was ever dissatisfied with the policy.
They tried to call me regarding this but I always miss their calls because it's normally sales. Big mistake?
My problem is that I was led to believe it would increase my chances of getting the application and I didn't know at the time I was able to opt out. It's only been made clear to me after the fact.
My question is, do I have any chance of getting any of the money back? If so, what's my best course of direction?
Many, many thanks for reading!

You need to show you could have afforded the payments without it, with a good sick pay etc, or another income or savings.

Thanks for the reply.
I don't think I can prove that. I was working but I don't have any pay slips or any papers. It might be a no go then.
What's the 'FOS'?0 -
