I get peeved by those cycling on a pavement which is not meant for bikes (and if I see one I purposefully walk to block as much pavement as I can to get the cyclist onto the road where they belong
Who are you to police the highways?. The government and police accept cyclists riding carefully on pavements when appropriate.

On my bike, I do get a bit peeved by people walking in the cycle lane side of a pavement.
Equally, I get peeved by those cycling on a pavement which is not meant for bikes (and if I see one I purposefully walk to block as much pavement as I can to get the cyclist onto the road where they belong (unless it's a young child).
Also equally, I get peeved when I'm driving and see people cycling on a busy road when there's a good quality cycle path right there next to them!

I walk/drive/cycle in equal measures and I'm pro people being where they belong depending on the transportation they use.

    where are they?

Oh and I said a bit peeved, not downright angry and willing to take a swipe at anyone who I believe is in the wrong.

    What does this mean then?

It seems like you're a dangerous road user, whatever mode of transport you use. Stop it - you'll cause an accident one day that could easily lead to someone's death.
    It's only numbers.

We've got lots by us, all brand new, nice and wide, resurfaced the whole pathway when they widened them. :j

I use them if I'm with my family, but would never use them when out on my own or commuting.

Tearing down a cycle path at 20-30mph is bloody dangerous  Plus you have to stop every 100 yards to cross side roads.

If using the paths and someone is walking the same direction as me, I will ring my bell, but 9 times out of 10 they have headphones in and don't know I'm there until I scare the s**t out of them as I go past. So it's much easier to use the road. :D
