Spacing for a new bathroom

Hey

We are moving a bathroom upstairs.

Our bath, basin and toilet will be along one wall. How much space should be given between each unit? Or doesnt it matter?

Also, our bath will have approx 550mm walkway between the last half of the bath and a wall. Is this OK in terms of any regs?

If they're all along one wall then you shouldn't need to worry about space between them. The main areas you need space are in front of the basin (approx. 600-700mm) and in front of WC (approx. 600mm).

550 walking space between the bath and a wall is a bit tight but there's no regs stating a minimum space requirement. As long as you're happy with the gap then its fine.

I've heard there is no restrictions on space for bathroom appliances i would say just use common sense, a gap big enough to fit the toilet may have you elbowing the sink every time you use it
