Put the spade down!
You keep avoiding your insertions about student debt and rent free living.

I don't really need a reputable source to demonstrate that the data isn't particularly relevant as the point is one of geography. Essentially you are comparing regional data to data for a city without its outer suburbs where a lot if the rich people who work in the city live and concluding it is not worth getting a job in the city as it won't be economically beneficial to do so. If you combined the data for London and the South East and averaged the lot (as large numbers of SE residents actually work within the boundary of London) then that would probably be a lot more meaningful.
Happy for you to ignore this if you like, you can keep insulting me too as that demonstrates you are unable to actually rebutt the point and need to resort to calling me stupid in order to make up for your own simplistic inadequacy.
I've ignored nothing, i've simply asked you to provide some credible evidence to support your argument.. Unfortunately you seem unable to do so, typically the sign of somebody who really doesn't know what they're talking about.
What perhaps frustrates you more is I’m unwilling to get into an anecdotal debate with you when, either provide some comparative statistical information or don’t.. Anything else is irrelevant.
If you had bothered to read the thread properly (Post 24), you'd see i acknowledged that essentially the analysis could be taken further to include a breakdown of each region to better reflect the large price discrepancies within all areas of the country.. However... For the purpose of this analysis it is not required and there will always be an argument for further detail to ANY analysis - this however is a boarder look at the UK.0 -

Good.
You and chuckles seem to have signed on together again. Good use of the icon, too. What a mighty coincidence.0 -

The usual Devon Defence. When all fails, insinuate your opponent is a sockpuppet. You need a break from this board GD, it'll let you get some focus back.
To be fair, I think the board needs a break from you too.0 -

I think you're right. Poor Graham, his accusations are a bit like when crazy people hear voices that don't exist... Paranoia...OffGridLiving wrote: »The usual Devon Defence.
