Hi All,
Aside from your job, what are you finding to be your most successful haunts in relation to increasing your income?
I've had a little success via selling on unwanted items, but at present this appears to have dried up.
Thanks in advance.

If it's online earnings you're referring to then, it would have to be blogs. Apart from my own products, I'm affiliated to Amazon and other businesses and write product reviews about items that, I'm comfortable with, have a high value and low Google keyword competition.Lao Tzu - "Give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime"

I did a blog last year about my America trip on google blogger and wasn't to concerned about making money from it. I really enjoyed doing it and would like to get blogging again but I have no idea how I can earn money out of it0 -

Two niches that I always like are Fitness - treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes, recumbent bikes and Technology - TVs, Blu-ray players, tablets, sound systems.....
It's important to choose items that you can easily write about and if you use the free Google keyword tool effectively then, you'll find various items with low competition.
The good thing about these type of items is that, when you get a sale the commissions are decent because they are high valued items.
Ps. If you choose a free blog then, go with Blogger. Information gets indexed quickly and it ranks favourably with big G.Lao Tzu - "Give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime"

So how do you go about earning money from blogs like these? Is it purely on advertising on site?0 -
I do ok writing for Textbroker and have also had some private work - just finishing proofreading and part rewriting a novel.
However, my favourite "non-work" work is crafting! I make bags, hats, mitts - all kinds of things and also draw and paint. It doesn't make a fortune, but I enjoy it enormously. I have sold four pictures in the past few months and (strangely!) sold a knitted hat and mitts on the hottest day of the year!
Do what you are good at and what you enjoy doing. The trick is to turn a hobby into money.0 -
I earn by applying to different online employers. Blogging could also help, but it takes so long before one could earn, I think? Well, except if someone's willing to advertise with you.0
