To enter, you must do the following between Tuesday 13th and Saturday 17th August 2013 inclusive:
a. Follow the official Nicholson's Twitter profile at @Nicholsonspubs
b. Retweet any of @Nicholsonspubs's promotional tweets, making sure you include the hashtag #NPAGiveaway.
The year's supply of Nicholson's Pale Ale is open to residents of the UK (excluding Scotland) aged 18 and over except for Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited employees, all contractors and families or anyone directly connected with the organization, and operators of its brands and concessions.
Five participants will each win two pints of Nicholson's Pale Ale for 52 weeks, in any Nicholson's pub excluding pubs in Scotland and Last Drop.
Only one pint can be redeemed in a single day, and the offer will be valid from 1st October 2013 to 30th September 2014.
Each of the five winners will receive a loyalty book/voucher in the post.
The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Only one entry per person per day.
Winners will be contacted via direct message on Twitter and will be asked to provide their contact details to allow supply of their prize.
No purchase is necessary.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
The daily winner will be the first entry drawn at random after 8pm each day, Tuesday 13th August-Saturday 17th August.
Winners will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date it is supplied. After this time the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
