Santander OTP Trouble - Anyone Else?

I've been trying to do a little Santander online banking this morning, but, despite several attempts, I'm not receiving OTPs on my mobile. It's never failed before, and my mobile and mobile number haven't changed.
Is anyone else here experiencing any difficulties?

Made a payment that required an OTP about half an hour ago, it worked fine. Did you ring the OTP helpline with your problem?0

No I didn't. I assume that's a business-rate number?
I sent them a message via their website, and about an hour later, all five (or however many it was) OTP SMSs turned up on my phone. They replied to my message saying (to pr!cis) that it was my fault or that of my mobile phone provider. :think:

In fairness, not that implausible an explanation. SMSs can be delayed for any number of reasons.urs sinserly,
