Congratulations that's fantastic!
I worked out yesterday that if I make overpayments using the money my OH is giving me towards bills now that he's moved in (£250 a month) then I'd clear my mortgage 10 years early and save £20k in interest payments! That would mean my mortgage was paid off by the time I was 34. I just might do it...0 -
