Hello!
I am claiming for charges to two seperate accounts from the halifax, one account is closed, the other is still open, they still link the two in my records so should I put in one claim for the both of them, or two seperate claims?
thanks guys and gals!!

I must advise you that you are in error.
If its for the same bank, then you can include them both on the same claim, both at the letter stage and, more importantly, at the Financial Ombudsman or court stage.

Its not necessarily wrong. If one account is closed and is in debt for instance I would do the claims separately or any monies reclaimed will go into the account in debt whereas if the claims are separate any monies reclaimed will be paid into the the accounts that have been claimed from.
If there is no debt involved then yes do it as one claim and save on one lot of court fees.0
