I've just used them for the first time and I am impressed. They are very similar to DPD insofaras they send you an e-mail saying they will deliver in a one-hour window.And then send you another e-mail with the name of who signed for the package.
I got a £5 discount as a 1st-time customer and they have since sent me another £5 discount for my next delivery.

I used them today. Very good. You can click on a link which shows you a map pointing exactly where the driver currently is.

Yes, I am quite pleased I used them myself! I would normally have used Hermes (for price) but then !!!!!! knows when they actually delivered???0
