Changing from BT to EE - help please

Hello

My Mum was telling me the other day she pays around £30 per month to BT for unlimited landline calls. Not sure which package this is, but I know she often phones mobile numbers too and then is charged for those.

I was looking at th EE (orange site) and there was a deal for £26.75 which seemed to include 1000 minutes any time mobile calls. Is that correct - does this mean 1000 minutes per month to ANY mobile network from the landline? Also it included unlimited landline calls too.

She doesn't need wifi as she doesn't have a pc, but would she still need a router?

Finally, does anyone know if there is a charge to switch from BT to EE - I know when I moved from Sky to EE, I had a £60 fee.

Thanks.
