My dad was sold an endvoement policy when took his mortgage is that not PPI issue as did contact the mortgage company and the said to contact the sales rep who sold the but he may be sorry to say six feet under or gone abroad Is it not the responsibility of the company

    Endowments are a type of life assurance. They have nothing in common with PPI. They dont even fall under the same rule book at the regulator.

    If the life assurance company didnt sell it then they have nothing to do with the sale of it.
