M&S Energy

Hi
My fixed tariff with Eon comes to an end on 1st. October and so I joined the Cheap Energy Club to find out the best deal. The result was a £255 saving if I change to M&S Energy. I can't find any feedback for this Company. Is there somewhere on MoneySavingExpert where I can check them out?
Thanks
Jackie

THere is nothing to check out, its just a rebranded version of Scottish and Southern Energy.

The only surprise is that SSE have competitive rates ATM.

You haven't heard of M&S? Are you serious?
As above, it's just an SSE branding exercise with M&S getting a royalty.

Its even in Shakespeare. Quote The marks, I can't get the Marks out, that was Spencer.

  • Hi

Thanks for your replies. I could do without the sarcasm. Of course I have heard of M&S but I said I had not heard of M&S Energy and wondered who the energy company was that they were using. So now I know that it is SSE. Being pleasant doesn't cost anything.

  • Shame then they there were sullied in that recent scandal.

I suspect a raft of new tariffs are shortly to be announced given the time of year. Don't quote me though.
  • Hi imported_jac

Did you go with M & S energy in the end. I am with Eon at the moment and mine is fixed until 1st Oct 2013 & I was considering switching to M & S Energy

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
