I'm new to all this and have never really been the claiming type but have recently been thinking "why not!"..
Can anybody tell me whether or not its possible to get the ball rolling on a ppi claim with practically no details at all?. In the past i have had current accounts, loans, credit cards and mortgages with Natwest but have only the mortgage numbers.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
