It would be great to know the learning from these pilots. Ive had a swift look at Citizens Advice website and couldn't immediately see a report. The money advice charity I work for is independent and not part of the Citizens Advice Bureau network, but one of the many independent charities under the Advice UK umbrella. We've been perfecting and delivering a 'person centred' approach to money advice and casework for many years and have even developed practical solutions such as money handling and our own debt management plans for people who can only afford very small offers. I think our service is great and feedback from clients shows they think so too, but I'm always looking for ways to improve. You can find out more about us from our latest annual review which is on our website macss.org.uk
